Silver Creek Lodge

We have yet still to check in to our room! We early checked in the day before, and also at 1pm, so now at 6pm we have been waiting at the hotel and called to confirm this 3 times before we pre checked in at 1pm. The girls at the front desk, which later on we found out one is supposedly a manager, are nothing short of unprofessional. They said we don’t even have a room number yet and it’s near 6pm! Even late check in is 5pm we are still waiting here at 6pm and there is a poor pregnant lady next to us and her family of 5 are in the same boat. There have been people checking in and out all day. The lady’s at the front desk whenever there was a issue just told us to call the customer service line number which service is impossible on the mountain and they have said that to us also and after waiting 2 hours on the phone they told us that the lady’s at the desk should have handled it. After being tossed around from manager to supervisor to manager etc they have still not had one sincere or epithetic apology. Communication is definitely lacking considering they don’t even know if the cleaning staff has rooms ready which we were told. They also told us they aren’t allowed to give us a room number, after speaking with the cleaning supervisor he asked us what is your room number.... Now my family who has anxiously been waiting the excitement of this trip are still sitting in the lobby waiting on a room yet to speak to anyone who seems to know what they are doing. Very very unprofessional and I hope this is not how they handle business all the time.

Great place, great staff, loved the views. Restaurant staff were fantastic great atmosphere a little pricey though.

This is the first time that I am writing a review ever. We had two nights reservation with this lodge, but we left a night early because the room was so nasty. We stayed in a Bridgton unit. We found trash and items from other visitors all over the place. Bedroom sheets look old with stains alI over them. I don't know how this place is managed specially with this pandemic around, but I guarantee you that it is neglected badly.

Slope side lodging geared towards a family environment. Has a rental shop and a sports bar on site with great food. The silvercreek slopes is the spot where night riding takes place.
