Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

I did my taxes last year with Jackson Hewitt and decided to come back this year. Wissam was very helpful answering any questions I had. I will be returning next year because of the convenience and service. I will be recommending them to my family, friends, and coworkers.

Wissam was great, she helped so much and my case was complicated with several out of state forms and she got help from her boss, so grateful for both of them to help me out! I will go again next year!

I went to the Jackson Hewitt located inside the Framingham MA WalMart yesterday (Wednesday January 27th 2016) to file my taxes, as I have filed with Jackson Hewitt every year since 2007. I had got there just around 6pm knowing they closed at 7pm, when I got there the tax preparer Lenny Desir was on a phone call with a customer, this call lasted until about 6:45. I didn't want to be rude and interrupt his call so I waited . When Lenny got off the phone he greeted me promptly and apologized as he saw me waiting for quite a while. Lenny explained to me that he was scheduled to leave at 7pm and gave me the option of doing a drop off. When I explained to him that it was my only day off and I was hoping to apply for the $750 advance Lenny agreed to work late to help me get everything done. He showed no signs of frustration that he would be there at least an hour later than he was supposed to be and ended up staying until 8:30pm to do my taxes and make sure I got the advance. Lenny was extremely polite and knowledgeable while filing my taxes. Also he took his time doing everything, he didn't rush to get out as soon as possible. Being in auto-sales I am very familiar with having to stay past closing and know how frustrating it can be. Lenny never showed any signs that he was frustrated and I feel like he prepared my taxes as he would his own, getting me my maximum refund, and he also went out of his way to set up the pre-paid debit card that the advance would be loaded on. I had a great experience with Lenny and recommend anyone in the Framingham area make a visit to the Jackson Hewitt inside WalMart to work with him, he's a great guy and was very polite and courteous as well as extremely knowledgeable throughout the whole process and made sure all of my needs were met. Thank you Lenny.
