McDonald's in Tazewell takes way to long to get your food and when you get it, it is thrown together and messy. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because they hire felons. A felony doesn't mean you're not a good worker. Give em a break, so I'm giving them one.
The last 3 times I have been to McDonalds in Tazewell VA. I have grandsons that take karate classes). The last 3 fridays went through the drive through which took 30 minutes. As if it wasn't bad enough. The food was so cold!! I don't even live 5 minutes from there. The manager gonna tell me because they where backed up, but that the food was hot. I'm not a person to complain, but enough is enough!!! I be damn I spend another penny there! The dog got the food McDonalds!!

Good place to go to eat that doesn't cost you much money for dinner or anything
The food was okay to be McDonalds. We had to go through the drive-thru line. Because the dining area was not open. The drive-thru line was extremely slow for the amount of customers that they had. I don't think the employees had it together. I think they should take some lessons from Chick-fil-A on how to do a drive-thru.
