We filed taxes this year as jointly married and my wife required ITIN application. The paperwork filed by Sandra was erroneous and IRS sent notice asking to submit additional documentation. Also, the options in the ITIN application was incorrectly selected which was another factor for notice letter by IRS.nnSince few tax assistance here in H&R work only during tax season, I had to reach out to another H&R block office location to fix the issue. Giving 2 star for Framingham office.nnDenise from Shrewsbury was the one who helped us resolve the issue and the ITIN application finally got accepted. I would like to thank and give kudos to Denise for her thorough work and commendable knowledge.nnBecause of all these delays and pandemic being another factor, we are yet to receive the tax return amount.

No call back, I had to explain my sale of stocks .the office was unorginise .and I had to pay for my taxes after I had to explain how the taxes were to be dun.
