Very good customer service. The guys in the back really know how to get the job done.
Must have appt. You can arrive one hour before appt time. Lady at check in was very friendly and professional. Recieving staff also friendly and professional. I was on a door right away, unloaded and on my way.
Called ahead to confirm my appointment and verify the address and the lady was extremely rude. I was just trying to communicate with the shipper to reduce the chance of having any issues. When I arrived she was even worse. Loader was cool. Dock doors are really close together so backing is tougher than anyplace I've been.
They took me 3 hrs before my appt,fast unloding
Why so much rude people I feel like people are like this all the time here
