My family and I just wasted $100 and we could have had just as good of food at Long John silver's or Captain D's. Almost everything we ordered was the same quality as Frozen that you get out of your freezer. I used to love going to Red lobster when I was a kid and growing up because that meant you got to get seafood and my family always loves seafood. But what we ate tonight was not what we really wanted or had hoped for. It seems that that is happening to a lot of the restaurants that we grew up loving. They are being phased out and it shows. They have dramatically changed and reduced their menu. The coleslaw was literally the nastiest coleslaw ever eaten in my life. All you could taste was vinegar. And I love vinegar-based coleslaw. It was really just awful.

I love Red Lobster, but have been really dissatisfied with several of my last few experiences at this particular location. Perhaps it is just due to COVID, and because of that I added a third star to what was originally gonna just be two, but the quality of food has not been up to par. Also, I ordered a drink that apparently does not include free refills, and when my waiter asked me if I wanted a refill I was not informed that was the case, and I was charged something like $12 for drink. I think they should have to tell me when a refill is not free, especially when they initiate it. I love the restaurant chain, but have been left disappointed here multiple times.

The service was a little slow.nThe server didn't give me the utensils for the crab legs.nThe food was good, but the side salad was smaller than the last time I was there and they didn't have any type of Italian dressing.

This place was really clean, service was great, the waitress was absolutely on point and brought everything we needed. Even when we didn't ask she knew what we needed the greater held the door for us because I'm in a wheelchair so I would definitely recommend this place and go back.

First restaurant in months that actually treated us good. Since the pandemic we have had horrible service at different places. Only thing bad today was our dish was dry. But taste amazing. Waitress was attentive and friendly.
