Ona Used Auto Sales

I bought a Subaru here not even 6 months ago and it’s been nothing but problems since i’ve drove it off the lot. The O2 sensor was bad whenever I first bought the car and I called and let them know since I had a warranty on the Subaru. They told me they would call me back in a few days and that they were going to order the part online to replace it, since it was cheaper that way and then never called back. Within the first 3 months of having this SUV, I’ve had to replace the AC compressor, AC condenser, water pump, and timing belt. I paid over 5,000$ in straight cash for this Subaru and have now put well over +1,000$ into this car just so it will be safe to drive my babies around in, and it STILL has major issues. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE buying from them. I read a bunch of reviews before buying from them and they all seemed great, however this is NOT the case. I would give a 0 stars if I could.

I bought a used car here and 3 days later had some trouble with it. They took real good care of me and got it fixed in a timely manner and kept me informed along the way. I couldn’t be any happier with me experience. They are good kind hearted people and I would recommend them to anyone.

The owners took great care of us! Very friendly and helpful. Honest and upfront. Willing to go the extra mile to help you get the vehicle you want! We came here on a recommendation from my sister who also purchased a vehicle here. I would recommend stopping in if you need a vehicle or a U-Haul. Good people doing good business!!

Ex-wife's van played out and she began shopping for a used car. She shopped several auto lots but none would work with her as she had little money. She called me in Tennessee and I went online. Sent her a little money and sent her to Ona Used Auto Sales. Got great car at great price.
