Saw a manager yell at a boy (employee) like a DOG! I’d never let my kid work with him! Then he walked over to me and was rude to me, too. I was completely shocked. I work close by and get food and sweet tea frequently. NEVER AGAIN! Wait times could be better, anyway. It’s a shame cause the quality of the food is pretty good. Tom Wolf needs to get rid of that manager. I asked an employee who he was and they said he’s the general manager. Tall, gray-haired guy, probably in his 50s. He has ZERO skills in customer service and he just downright mean to those young employees. I don’t care how busy they were....he needs to take it down a few notches!
