Called beforehand was told a set price for one-way ticket, when got there the front desk attendant had no clue as to what I was talking about. He informed me that in order to buy a ticket an app had to be downloaded to buy a ticket and then show to the bus driver. So an $80 ticket turned into $136 online, which was of no good considering the person who needed the ticket had no cell phone, a 2 hour drive wasted and back to the homeless shelter for them. I tried.
Very clean. Helpful staff.
It's also the city bus station. Drivers and dispatchers are always friendly. I'm in a wheelchair, drivers notify the transfer bus so they can have the ramp down for me.
Dirty and the drug people was so bad you didn't no what was going on in there they need to do someing about it cause we paid for the bus
Huntington Greyhound station is as it says, a very old station with basic needs and necessities. It seems very clean, although there is some type of emptiness about it. But it does suit its needs. I give it a three for that.
