Ever since the new company took over, you can’t get a response or if courtesy call back or a courtesy email back. They stated they will return your call within 24 hours but they never do. You can leave numerous voicemails to the manager and she never responds to you. Horrible horrible horrible.
I have been there many years and never seen it run like it is now it was a real nice park when TC Tubbs had it it’s a mess now they never return your calls you can’t drink the water the place has gone so down hill they shut the water off when they want the office people are hardly there I don’t tell people where I live it was one of the nicest mobile home parks but no on cares you have several numbers to call but if you get a call back your lucky come drive by your self and ck it out
Our family has lived here for three years. It is quiet here and I feel safe. The manager is always helpful and willing to help in any way she can. We feel lucky to have found Pecan Grove and we love that we are in Greenwood School District here. OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE.
It's not bad. Just a little hard to know where to go, to reach the manager.
Lose water 2 too 3 times a week and the electricity at least once... but everything else is okay it's pretty quiet over here where I live and I like that.
