This Domino's franchise made my wife and I fans of Domino's after living in 4 recent states in the last 6 years. They're always fast, accurate, and the food is carefully made.nDuring the great Texas freeze in February, they were one of the few restaurants open who worked tirelessly to make sure people with no power or groceries had a meal if ordered. Kudos!!

I placed a $40 order for two large pizzas and wings and when I got it home the pizzas was burnt and has no toppings and the wings were all fat. We had to throw it all away. I called the manager as I was extremely upset. Could not drive back due to the distance. He said he would mark a credit on my account. When I went back no credit there. Not surprising! The manager Richard could care less about my loss today when I called. This is horrible since I spend so much money with this company.nThey will not get my business anymore!!

I called today to see what the specials were. I was told he can inform me of a couple but unless I asked for certain ones directly, he couldn’t mention them to me . Usually they’re pretty good about informing people of daily specials. But apparently corporate has made the decision not to let them speak on them unless asked specifically. 2 stars for politeness. The rest, well let’s just say I’ll never order them again.

2 Saturday's in a row, my order had something wrong.n01/30/2021 - Pizza arrived cold and the box crushed. Opened the box and we got Noided. Toppings all over the top. Called the store got promised a free pizza. Still not credited to my account.nn02/06/2021 - Order a thin crust Pepperoni Feast and received Original crust Pepperoni Feast. Why call they don't do as promised.nnWe usually order once a week sometimes we go to 2 weeks. This store is getting worse. I don't mind that Richard can't slice a pizza. I know it is hard, I used to work for Dominos back when it was 30 minutes or less. In fact I part of the transitioning to $3 off and what they do now. Also was around when they switched to computers. But I also an assistant Manager for corporate stores. At least Corporate store standards are higher than Franchisees. Guess we have to go to the competition, there are several in the area or just make my own.
