Great Lawyer! He's very professional and very very good at his job :) My outcome was better than I could have anticipated it would have been, and I really feel he went above and beyond for almost a year while this dragged out, and then spent time preparing us for what to expect from DPS in the future. Hire this guy, he's a stand up lawyer, and if he's your court-appointed, count your lucky stars

Several years ago on I had a case and Cole was appointed by the court to defend me. He was honest and really took the time to keep me in the loop even over a year of the case being open still awaiting more negotiations from the DA along with a possible jury trail. Cole, even though the client decides to take a course of action that Cole knows for sure the DA can not make stick, will still always leave the final decision in the clients hands. I was very blessed to have Cole assigned to my case. Even when I needed paperwork for case and had questions like how to seal the arrest; Cole still answered several years later. To me that is someone who cares about their clients.

I have had the pleasure of being represented by Mr. Spainhour on 2 occasions. In each case he was professional, accessible, courteous and extremely competent. Both of my cases were resolved with results far better than I had hoped for; in the first instance the offense was downgraded from a relatively serious to a minor misdemeanor, and in the second the charges were dropped completely. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of representation, nor will I hesitate to call on him again should I require respresentation myself. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Cole is an amazing attorney. He fights for his clients and is always available. If you're in need of counsel then he's the attoeney to call.

Last year, I was wrongly charged with a very serious crime which could have affected my family and career. Mr. Spainhour was court appointed in my case, as I did not readily have funds available at that time to obtain my own counsel. It's always been a fear of mine that a court appointed attorney, since they are not paid by you, are the worst, so I thought I was going to jail and have this hanging over my head for life. But Mr. Spainhour not only took this case, he defended me fully and completely, and at the end of the day, all charges were dropped because of the work he did. I work for the US Army, and am an Ex-Naval Recon Corpsman, so my integrity is very important to me. If it had not been for Spainhour, I may have lost everything. I'm not some fake poster he hired to make him look good, he asked me to write an honest review, and I was more than happy to do it after what he did for me and my family.
