Ordered @ 1239 for pick up @ 5pm. Pizza not ready. Drive 25 min home. Pizza isn't what was ordered/undercooked. Called store, hung up on twice after holding 15+ min each time! Called again & transferred to store by Call Center. Hold for 15 min, spoke to Andrea & was told District Mgr would call, but still waiting 5 days later!! Would rate ZERO stars, if possible!!! Poor customer service!
The daytime manager or head lady always great. She makes sure our pizza is done the way we like it. Food is good. Very pleased with food and service!
Tonight was the best pizza I have had from this pizza hut ever and also I never had the friendliest service service till tonight I think I will order more and see how it goes
It was okay, pizza was wrong, kinda wish I had a better experience. I remember this place being better.
This was the only food place open during the snow day.. They are very much appreciated.
