The place is very nice and clean and comes with a free access to the water park. There are lots of things to do in the area and Kara gave us amazing tips. The bungalows are on the hill just across the street from water park and just a 2 minutes walk from the lake. The view is amazing . Kara was an awesome host, and she is always across the street at the water park ready to help. The Beachside Billys restaurant is located very convenient just across the street from the bungalows and their food is delicious. Try their pizza is mouthwatering!nMy family enjoyed every single moment of our stay and we are already thinking of going back with two other families.

The bungalows are really cute & quaint but way overpriced. We stayed in July & the air conditioner barely worked. The pool/waterpark was overly crowded (picture more people than water) and so many people drinking & smoking while sitting on the edge of the pool by the kids section. There was a 30 minute wait at the bar in full sun.nThe beach/swimming area is really unimpressive. Zero shade in the sand no umbrellas or loungers/chairs to sit on. The swimming area is very small. The price they charge just to use the pool/waterpark is outrageous for what you get.

We had a blast this weekend at the bungalows, everything was clean, great access to Billy's and just a great weekend!

Very comfy stay. Right next to lake travis. Rooms were very clean. All the amenities you would need for a quick lake trip. Beds and the bedding were my favorite part, as they were superb. Nature right out your door!
