The quality has improved over the years. Straw that broke the camels back: ordered a sub that made me really sick. Not to mention they were 25 minutes late in preparing it. When one of the gentleman apologized for being late; the cook (same guy who made me sick) said “no need to apologize”. You’re right no need to apologize, i’ll just never spend a dollar here again.

So I went online as I just moved into a new area and was craving pizza. The food looked appealing and had great reviews. I called and placed an order and was informed it would take 30 minutes for my food to get here, I was extremely happy. 30 minutes later the driver tells me he’s downstairs. I go down the stairs he is not there. He was at a completely different address.nAfter I carefully provided my address to the store location in waiting I am told that my order is not coming because they don’t deliver to my address most other places were closed.nI asked if the driver could drop it off last and was told no because of a bridge. I was informed he could when I asked how long it would take to refund my money I was given two different answers all I wanted was a slice of pizza and now the ordeal has left me very disappointed with the service you’re not getting what I paid for.nGreat service. No food even though I paid on my card. Thanks. If I would have been told they don’t deliver to my address I would have called another restaurant and gotten food.

Subs are really bad, pizza edible. Especially lately, tried twice and both times were disappointed. No more. Not sure why second star!
