Ordered a pie and it ended up 4mi away. I called the store and asked to pick it up. It had been an hour and the kids were hungry. I got there and William charged me for the pizza. It had been an hour and no discount or here you go sorry for your troubles or anything. I had them cancel both transactions and went to Papa John’s about .35 mi away. I will not order there again. Better pizza a quarter mile away and with better customer service. More to story but really what difference does it make. Service was horrible and won’t make that mistake again.

Unfriendly and rude behavior from the cashier but I believe he’s the manager (Corey). It’s like everytime I come here i always see him running the register and he’s so rude with his “huhs” and “whats” when he yells them out loud. Now I see why this place is only 3 stars and maybe a good chance they might go out of buissness.

Pizza was just ok. What really got me was you buy two large pizzas and pay $35.00 which is way over priced and you ask for some cheese and red pepper flakes and they want to charge you after you just spent $35 on two pizzas. I will never go there again.nDisappointed customer

I ordered online at 5:54 pm with confirmation that it would be ready at 6:20. Arrived at store and there was a long wait before I was helped and now it is 6:40. They told me they didn’t receive the order until 6:07 and their closing time was actually 6:00 so they cancelled the order. Never called me to let me know.

So, few weeks back pre ordered and paid for pizza to arrive at 6pm. No pizza I was not home was not contacted about it for two hours. Call where I am informed it was my fault . We gave wrong address. We have ordered pizza at our address for at least six years! Why would we give a total different street address? I could see house numbers but not the street. I was told my child could walk Right blocks in the dark or wait an hour and a half for delivery. I have contacted Corp. Twice. Nothing. So all though we won't hurt their business we will never order or recommend. If friends are ordering we will make sure it goes to places with actual customer service.
