I have tried few BurgerIM locations, this one had fresh and juicy burgers! My personal favorite are Dry Aged Beef and Spanish Beef burger! Staff is very friendly I'd definitely go back there again!nDon't forget to try out Strawberry milkshake! The best!!!
Bought this deal on Groupon. The burgers and crispy chicken Duo was really quite good. The fries/chips were amazing! Our server was friendly and restaurant was clean. We will visit again.
Great burgers and great fries. Love the environment, highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is good for either works or family outing. There are lot of choices to choose from the menu.nBy far the best burger place and location with the new management.
If I could give zero stars that would be my choice. This place is poorly managed. It is counter serve fast food and is anything but fast. They work on one order at a time. My husband and I were in a few days ago and we waited 50 minutes for our food. A large order was before us however no one explained or offered anything for our extremely long wait. They came out to that person twice to say we don't have chicken wings and we don't have the kind of beef you ordered. Ridiculous! There were others behind us that were visibly upset and one asked for their money back after a long wait. Fairly certain no one that was there will ever return. To top it all off, ALL of the food they brought out to us was room temp. Burger was not even hot enough to melt the cheese. There are way too many places to eat that are better. Don't waste your time because they don't care about your time.
Took my son at lunch on a weekend. Place was deserted. The staff as nice. The new Coke drink dispenser didn't have all the options available. The burger was good (besides the lettuce). The fries are good. My son had a milkshake that was pretty good. Probably would not go back because I like other options more.
