Last few times my smoothies have been super chunky and I am fairly certain they keep forgetting an ingredient. And I tried to use a coupon and they didn't accept it cause the dude didn't know what to do.nnBig oof.
The weekdays during school hours they have 1 person, making smoothies, answering the phone, taking online orders, working the cash register and washing dishes. It took 20 minutes to get my order to no fault of the worker. The manager on the other hand should take note of this and hire more people or be there helping. It's poor leadership to leave your people hanging like this and leads to poor customer service. I will not be back to this location.
I went a few months ago and it was very unpleasant. I knew the kid was new, which wasn't the problem. I ordered a small mango drink and a medium pineapple mango drink. Didnt get a receipt since it wasn't that busy. When I got the the drink they mixed the sizes up but had no time to waste. When I tasted it for the first time it was like freaking water. No taste.
This place needs a manager. Totally disorganized and waited almost 25 min for my smoothie
They're pretty nice and Fridays here are the best! Keep up the good work guys!
