I was waiting for my pizza when I saw the young man in the back, laughing over the food area. He had no mask on and he had no gloves on making pizzas. I asked the manager if he should have gloves and a mask on. The manager said it was only policy if they were interacting with the customers. If I were you I would skip this location. I't didn't seem clean at all. I never leave bad reviews. Please keep your family safe and don't go to this location.

I understand stand that I only spent 5 dollars there today. But the young man that was working the register did not say Hello or Thank you or anything. Just took my order, said the price and gave me my change. I felt it was rude, maybe he was tired, but we all have a job to do. Disappointed in the small amount of service necessary.

I had ordered at 4:45 said my online order would be ready at 5:20. I show up at 5:20, and my order is still not ready!!! I waited for 45 min!!! I left at 6:10. Staff was rude, didn't even apologize. After 30 min of me waiting I got back to the register & They couldn't find my name on the order, even though I had the receipt. I would not recommend at all! They had such bad service I couldn't even believe it!

I called in to order an ultimate supreme pizza where on one half I wanted onions, Green peppers and mushrooms left off and I repeated the order four times and even though the girl spoke perfect english she still didn't get it right so I ordered when I got to the facility. The cashier was not wearing a mask and had it around her neck. I usually only go to this little caesars unless they change their staff this will be the last time that I order from this place. They were rude and not customer friendly. I also got a 16 oz drink and she rang it up as a 2 liter. I am assuming they are under new management since I have received much better service in the past. You guys better get your act together or you will be going out of business.
