I have never had an issue here. There are a few workers that are there everytime I go, and they make me feel like a regular. I appreciate them, and they always ask if I want to add anything extra in, which is amazing, because sometimes I forget lol.

I was in the Smoothie King at 14113 Trinity Blvd, this morning 8/29/20 and this is why I come to this location all the time. I always feel like I am on the Cheers show ( every body know your name) I have been coming to this location for at least a year and most of the employees know what I order by my face or my car. But, today was the 1st time an employee knew my name and what I like to order. Her name is Isabella. That was awesome. If you are looking for not only a Great Smoothie along with OUTSTANDING customer service you have to come to this location.

I am giving this rating only because of the employee Omar who I have encountered on multiple Sundays at this particular location. Omar continues to provide adequate customer service, which is rare in today's society, but it has me wanting to come back each time. Not only does Omar always greet each customer with a smile and a very warm hello, but he works as diligently as possible to assure that the customer is satisfied with their smoothie. I am grateful to have encountered a young man who provides the continued courtesy of customer service and attention to detail with consumers!!!! Great job hiring manager for this hire!!!!!
