There is a issue at hand. Obviously they are having a delivery problem, and should not take orders if they are short handed. Or advise the customers that it will take 90-120 minutes for a delivery to arrive so the customer can choose if they want to wait that long for dinner to arrive. Common respect of providing the facts.n1/14/2021 Order 45 placed at 5:39pm, email confirmation that it would be ready in 25-35 minutes, tracker provide that order QC completed at 6:00pm, called store at 7:30pm to cancel order because it has not delivered. No apology, just ok order has been canceled. Same situation happened on 12/18/2020. Do better Domino’s.
This has not worked out once since they opened. I used to get deliveries from a different store but since this one opened and its closer i guess i get defaulted here. They can't get a pizza to me in under an hour and I live less than a mile away, but they start the pizza as soon as I order, so every time, it's cold. I called 45 minutes after my order that had a delivery time of 22-32 minutes and they told me it would be at least 20 minutes until they could send it out. I love domino's but im done thanks to this location. I understand being busy, but why make the pizza if you can't get it out for another hour? The manager need to get it together or be fired.
If I could give no stars it would have been the one I picked. The store could care less about customer service more importantly about providing quality meals for families. I gave this location two chances to get it right. Close down, retrain all your employees in a customer service education day. Hire a new mgr because eHeather is clueless on how to take care of her customers.
Pizza was thin (for a hand tossed) lacking sauce, cheese, it was burnt, and cold. Worst pizza I've ever paid for. Will NEVER order from dominos again. Save your money, go somewhere, anywhere else.
