Domino's Pizza

Jordan, the young lady taking orders tonight, must be new. When I was ordering for carry out inside the store, I described to her the type of crust I normally order, and I said pan. She must’ve not known that they offer pan so she stated hand tossed and added that to my order. After I pulled it up online I went back inside the store to tell the guys making pizza that I wanted PAN and not hand-tossed. So they understood and made my pizza. They were nice guys. When my pizza was ready, the guy who boxed them was also polite and handed me my pizza. I get home, open the box and see that my order was still wrong. I call up there to let them know, and the same girl, Jordan, answered the phone. I said “I don’t know if y’all know the difference between pan and hand tossed because I still have the wrong crust. She said “yes we do know the difference and we gave you the wrong order. You were already out the door before we could let you know.” It was said so causally. What doesn’t make sense to me is the fact that they have my number and could’ve called and let me know when they realized it. Be resourceful! I told her that I only order that particular crust and she said well you can come back and we will make the pizza for you. Or we can take down your name and give you a free pizza next time. What bothers me is there was no remorse. She wasn’t at all apologetic. I tried to be really understanding with her while I was in the store because she appeared overwhelmed but she needs more training. I’ve worked customer service over 10 years and her skills need improvement. I shouldn’t have to inconvenience myself for a mistake that was made twice. Really someone should’ve delivered the right pizza to my house. But that was not suggested.

Delivered wrong items. Buffalo chicken sandwich only had chicken on one half and the other half had 2 small pieces. Ordered jalapenos on one half of pizza and it was on the whole thing.nDelivery went fine, but what's the point when you don't get what you paid for? This location is a bunch of damned crooks.

They always do a good job! We order at at this location frequently.

Usually gets my order correct, but the last time I ordered cheesy bread, I ordered bacon jalapeño and got spinach feta. When I picked up current order and informed them about my previous order, the cashier said “Well, it’s correct this time.” Nice.

I was a little discouraged by the negative reviews on Yelp but this is my first time ordering from this location and my order was perfect, delivered fast, and service was excellent. Thank you!nnFirst experience was a great one. Glad I took a chance.nnOnly thing I didn't like is I was having trouble submitting my order online so I called the store. The phone rang for almost 12 minutes and no one picked up.nnIn that 12 minutes I was waiting, I re did my entire order online and submitted it again and this time it went through.nnWithin 2 minutes I got a message my order was being made. 10 minutes later the driver was on the way with my order.nnMy order arrived hot, fresh, and cooked to perfection.
