We ordered delivery. They were easy to deal with and quickly took our order over the phone. We were given an estimated time for the food to arrive, but it arrived sooner than expected, which was well received because we were very hungry. The order was filled accurately. The food was hot, and amazingly delicious. Had enough leftovers to incorporate into breakfast the next morning.

China Express is a gem for the HEB area. I was delivering for a gig delivery app for a while and they are a really friendly, family owned restaurant. They really care about their food!nnThey make some of the best Moo-shu (moo-shi) that I've had. Super thin crepe style wrapping. Also the Singapore noodle is amazing. I like it extra hot because that heat is nice.nnTo the other reviewers who are rude and complaining about the owner's child, he's a very cool kid. He always says hello to the delivery drivers. That's a family owned restaurant. That's why the family is there! Family restaurants have the best food.

I would give this place no stars if I could. Ordered combination rice chicken, beef & shrimp. Chicken looked like imitation meat, shrimp was utterly disgusting more like frozen food thrown into a bowl. The beef was so chewy it might as well be uncooked I'm so disappointed but I should've read the reviews before I ordered. Everyone do yourself a favor do not eat here they do NOT put love in their meals.

they called me an said my food was ready when i got there made me wait 10 min more for my food . gave me food that belonged to someone else ask for it back after i was walking out. handed it to the other customer he wasn't pleased .worker's didn't have their masks on including cook's or servers, they had their kid's doing homework . I really want my money back but was happy to get out of there as fast as I could. hopefully they get shut down.
