Should have listened to the bad reviews! I used them for a traffic ticket and ended up paying more than if I had just paid the ticket. They also use your email address to solicit by sending you emails that look like they pertain to your pending case. Just settle the ticket yourself and if your problem is bigger than a traffic ticket I would find a different law office.nnEDIT: They spend more time arguing with bad reviews on their Google maps page than actually helping their clients. If you call the number they provide for assistance you get sent to voicemail and if you press the number during the automatic screening walk-through for a non-client phone call you get a paralegal who is actually helpful if you're lucky enough to get someone on the phone before missing a court deadline

I received a speeding ticket on 380 in Decatur while driving my personal vehicle. Normally not a big deal but as a CDL holder I need a clean driving record, my livelihood relies on it. Mr Byno got my ticket significantly reduced. Worth every penny and it wasn't cheap. His staff was very professional and responsive. Answered all my questions throughout the time I used his service. Hope to never see the guy again but wouldn't hesitate to use him again if needed.

Had a speeding and hired Jack Byno to handle it. His office staff were quick to respond and kept me updated throughout the process through email and text. Then I got a message he got my ticket dismissed!!!! No court costs, no probation or anything. Dismissed!! Definitely recommend!

Not only did the law firm take care of all my issues, Freddy is hands down the most customer-service focused individual I've ever worked with!! He goes above and beyond to touch base with me, both electronically and verbally. He's got the greatest attitude and is super helpful!

I received a pretty hefty speeding ticket & Jack Byno was able to have my case completely dismissed. The whole process was simple & effective. They’re also very responsive via email with updates but they do shoot you a text to make sure you don’t miss any communication. I’m confused with the negative reviews because this process was amazing, even during a pandemic. Hopefully this service isn’t needed frequently but I’ll be going with this firm going forward & referring friends/family. Thanks you guys!!
