Urban Air Adventure Park - Corporate Office

I recently contacted Urban Air to let them know I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and can no longer attend their facility in Sterling Heights, Michigan, with my 11 year old son and requested to cancel my membership. Due to the recovery of the pandemic we will allow Members to pause their membership for an additional 90 days. This early termination fee is the remaining balance due on your contract.nnAbsolutely appalling!!!

Very very rude customer service!! We signed up for a 12 month membership and was told they would cancel my membership in February which did not happen was charged for March as well. I have been trying to get a refund they will not do it and the girl that called me back from the membership department was very rude and hung up on me when I was trying to explain the situation to her!!!! Down below is the first email I received in December which I told them I would make the last 2 payments then wanted to cancel. Now they are trying to say it was actually March.. more like you just don’t want to refund for March!!!!nnThank you for reaching out regarding Urban Air Memberships. Went to the Denham Springs, La location. Walked in and the place was packed ( but we purchased our tickets online and couldn't get a refund. After waiting in lines for attractions because the staff couldn't control the patrons who were just doing whatever they wanted, we made our way through various attractions. On one attraction we waited in line longer than we were allowed to jump before being asked to leave for someone who had just walked up. When I confronted the manager on duty about an apparent lack of training he just made excuses about how he was new and on a double shift. Absolutely will not return to location.nStaff untrained, incompetent, and not courteous at all.

No one answers the phone! We go to the Rockwall TX location and the front manager literally charged us $36 for a $3 ice cream for our daughter. We called to try and resolve the situation and NO ONE HAS EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE OR EMAILED BACK. This place is a joke and they do dirty business. It’s annoying but our girl loves it. I am not sure how they will continue to stay on business having such serious issues.

What a joke. Same situation as everyone else. Reserved times from 4 to 6 and they didn't even get us in until 415 because they were so busy and unorganized. It's just a bunch of kids trying to manage this location and are NOT following any type of guidelines. Once inside it was obviously overbooked and my kids were actually shaking when they got inside. It was completely insane and half were not wearing masks as advertised on their website. I sent my family outside and asked the manager for a refund immediately and they refused and said call corporate. I'm sure that won't do anything and I'll have to call my bank. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
