Marco's Pizza

Buyer Beware--Normally I think their pizza and service are great, but I was amazed at the improper way they just handled a situation of their causing. I ordered pizza last week Friday (2/5) and with my order they provided me with coupons that stated they expired in 2 weeks. Fast forward to today (2/12), after a long work week I planned on using a coupon to feed the family. When I tried to use the coupon online, I received an error and told to contact the store, which I promptly did. I was then informed that those coupons were only valid until 2/3, which was 2 days after they attached them to my delivery. When I explained to them that they can see when I ordered and when I received the coupons I would except their organization would honor the coupon since it had only been 1 week since I received them. I was told there was nothing they could do and there was no way I was going to pay $45 for what I expected to be $19.99 with the coupon. This now means that last minute I must change dinner plans and get something made for the family. I have been a pretty regular customer since they opened, but never again will I do business with a company that will not honor their own coupons. This is very shady business and cannot believe the person I spoke to just kept saying “I don’t set the rules”, which obviously I know, but would expect them to make some effort to rectify the situation they caused.

I go for the pizza bowls and wings. Service and food has been great at this location.

This was my first time ordering Marcos. I was disappointed, the pizza was just like other nationalnPizza chains. I ordered the supreme with extra sauce, didnt get extra sauce and barely any meat just a lot of onions and green pepper and cheese to cover the lack of meat.
