Placed an order here at 6:40. Pizza tracker estimated it arrive around 8:15. No big deal. 8:15 come around update the tracker. Says it should’ve been here at 8:13. I called the store at 8:30 after calling 3 times because no one answered. They said the driver left at 8:20. (We live 10 min away) call back around 8:50 and they can’t figure out if the order left yet so we say no worries just cancel it and refund us. I can hear the “manager” yell over the phone. “Hey how do I cancel this order “nVery poor, unorganized service.

This is why national chains should cease to exist. Quality takes a backseat to quantity.nnOrdered the great new Detroit pizza. The sauce is on top to keep a crisp and airy crust. Wrong. Pizza was undercooked and soggy to the point of being inedible. In addition the pizza was not sliced.nnContacted the location and the “manager” told me that it was supposed to be soggy and uncut. I was placed on hold for 15 min while i was able to hear the complete unprofessionalism of the store until the “real store manager” came to the line. He offered no help so i hung up and will never order “pizza hut” again.nnIt is sad that a business like this cannot be executed with pride.

I hate leaving a bad review, because I know that people can't bring a 100% a 100% of the time. I've always loved Pizza Hut, but this location has been disappointing 2 out of 2 times. The first time was a very long wait. The second... We specifically requested that the 1/2 & 1/2 pizza not cross over due to food allergies. That request was far from met, and about a third of the pizza was wasted. We'll just have to find the next closest location. Disappointed ud83dude1e

The worst Pizza Hut ever honestly they can’t even cut a pizza. They legit gave us a medium pizza uncut how hard is it to cut a pizza after waiting over a hour then to top it off we got food poisoning and have been sick all night! Good job Pizza Hut you’re doing great, McDonald’s could do better making pizza you’re a joke!

Good! They called and said they were short of drivers and would give me 20% off if i wanted to come grab it, since it is a 4 minute trip I did. Not everyplace would call like that and you would just be waiting and hour and a half! Good service!
