Service was horrible, when I first arrived to their store and picked up my food the wings were all drums. I asked why wasn't any flats included and the cashier went back and forth with me saying that's how they come. She also went as far to go get a bag of frozen wings from the back and said see. Yes, I see and the bag has flats as well. Yes, they made the wing order again but instead the weren't fully cooked. Finally get home and began eating my pizza to realize the dough isn't done either.

Wow. I’m astonished. This was the worst service I’ve ever received. The pizza was about 1hr and a half late. I live on Rayford so I thought it would be super fast. Not sure why it took so long. The pizza was cold and the fries were soggy. Our Dr. pepper was already starting to get warm. Me and my husband both work in customer service and really, I’m not sure how this manager is still employed. We called several times to speak to someone about the order. I gave up and tried calling to place and order instead. The person who answered was nice and transferred me to her manager. Sounded like the manger either hung up or didn’t answer in time. I called back and the manager answered. We told her what happend and she was very unapologetic. She asked what they could do to make it better and we asked for a refund. Once she gave us a refund we started to ask her why it took so long or maybe something happend but right in the middle of our sentence she hung up. Not sure who that manager was but she does not need to be managing with that kind of customer service.

This location does not care about their customers. They do not answer the phone to modify an order. App says it's out for delivery for 10 minutes before I get to the store and I show up to modify my order and it hasn't even left yet. Do yourself a favor and go to papa John's or dominos instead.

Ordered curbside and they were taking too long so I went inside to pick up the order, the guy gave me a free red pepper shaker for the wait and also there was some confusion on my beyond meat order...(not bad but we added some halal turkey pepperoni to make it legit) so ended up getting it remade and got to keep both pizzas all in all excellent customer service and I was happy with the end results.
