Great fresh food. The owner took my order over the telephone and was so kind and patient with me as l kept changing my order even after he was repeating it for accuracy. My boyfriend and l were sharing a sandwich and we wanted different toppings. LOL Before the order was complete l was asked about the time l would arrive which was in an effort to ensure the freshness when l picked it up. This was the BEST customer service l have ever received at a sandwich shop. I also received a complimentary perk which was a bonus! Thank you ud83cudf08. There are only 2 Blimpie locations in Houston and usually in a situation like that, the service sucks because the options are limited. I’m so glad the owner of this establishment takes his job and each customer with pride and compassion. I wish l could give more stars.

This place has a vintage old school vibe to it the way that it is setup. It is also very clean. The guy at the counter was very polite and my sub was tasty.

This is our go to sub shop, owner is always there and always friendly, always knows how we like our subs! It’s a no hassle experience every single time, his staff is always professional and friendly as well. He is what makes this place awesome, always consistent and bread is always fresh out of the oven!!!
