Our modification was handled poorly.nnWe received no explanation on why an attorney was speaking to my wife on a last document for modification,nas they were sending us an email that it was Too Late to do anything for us.nnWe were told to answer phone calls and look for emails for that weekend.nThe attorney told us this well after she had sent out the Too Late email?
