I used Voss Law Firm on a case that took 7 years to resolve. We won the case. I attempted to contact the attorneys on that case and they have all left the firm. I received a response from Bill Voss's secretary and she stated she would get the information to him. Two weeks go by and I have to contact her again to find out the status. She came up with a BS lie about Voss being out of the office. She said she would notify me that same day but did not. I contacted her again 8 days later and then I am being told she was out of the office for family emergency. Again, I call BS! If this is the way they treat previous customers, how would they treat a new customer???? Stay Clear of This Company!!!!nResponse:n1st of all I was never told you do not handle Oil and Gas contracts. Why in the world would I get mad about that? Doesn't even make sense. Second, you never gave me alternatives due to the fact you never informed me of your lack of experience in this area.nThird, I never called anyone fat? Another falsehood. That is just a ignorant statement. Whoever wrote this response to my truthful opinions needs to be concerned about their salvation and not some fake lump of coal. To finalize this review, I was extremely pleased with the attorneys working for your company 7 years ago. They did an amazing job. Unfortunately, none of them are still employed by your company. Leads one to ponder why????
