As with all food businesses when they first open, there are a few ‘kinks’ to work out. Although I had to wait longer than I anticipated, after placing an on-line order earlier in the day, to be picked up at a certain time, I waited patiently & watched a LOT of hard working employees doing their very best. They all seemed to be trying to work together & I appreciate that. And every few minutes, someone would check in with me & also give me an update on my order. When my order was finally ready, the shift supervisor/manager offered her apologies & gave me my food & said: “Sir, this order is on us tonight. So sorry about the wait.” I told her I’d definitely be back & I certainly will. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but, Domino’s certainly has THAT together! My order was correct & the food was delicious!! Thanks Domino’s Pizza! Keep up the good work!! ud83dude0a

This location is absolutely horrible! I waited an hour for my delivery. I had to call the store to find out where my food is. Magically it’s on the way. As I get it, it’s cold and burnt!! I call to speak with a manager and a young lady named Megan answered. I ask to speak with a manger and she says she’s busy can I help you. No, I want a manager. I get placed on hold. I hung up after 16:31 minutes on hold. My wife brings back the food to the store for a refund and there is absolutely no care in this store!! Not a I’m Sorry, nothing! The “manager” Thomas had an attitude! $88.09 for our order and it not be fresh?! Won’t be giving my business to this location again! This store won’t last long here with practices like this!

I called in my order and it was made exactly like I ordered and delivered within the time frame and Ty was my delivery dude and he was very friendly! Great customer service all the way around! So glad to have them here!

I placed my order online at about 10 til 6:00 tonight and our order was at our door by 6:17!!! The pizza was super hot and baked just right. Great job!ud83dude0a
