We wanted a little something before hiking, so we figured the $2.49 sliders would be perfect. They were ready in about 5 minutes and service was good.nnAlthough the pulled pork and BBQ sauce was very good, the buns were pretty hard and the servings were bite-sized. I'm not sure it was worth the price.
Food was great. We had a party of 4 and ordered different items. I had the chopped brisket sandwich, fried okra, potato salad, and Mac and cheese. Kara was our server and cashier. She did a wonderful job and even walked over to our table to see if ahe could get us anything. I have enclosed the hours, menu, pictures of food and specials. Great food and I will be back. Thank you Kara for a great experience.
Every single time we come here there is something wrong, either your meal is wrong all together or the customer service is awful, or in my case-both. There’s no management to speak of, the employees pass it off on being “new”. I’m literally standing in line right now for them to fix O N E chopped beef sandwich and I’ve been waiting for 30 min. Absolutely ridiculous. Save your money and go somewhere else. I’ll keep calling until this so called “Kay” the manager answers the phone.
My order wasn’t started on til I arrived. I placed my order 30min before getting there. First the young hispanic girl said they were out of what I had ordered. She said she was going to call to let me know, but she didn’t! Then she said something about not getting the order. Her excuses kept changing as I asked questions. She has an attitude, no customer service whats so ever! She had an issue about giving me my money back for food that they didn’t have. I don’t understand why I would pay for food that I didn’t receive. Do not recommend this location at all!
The worst. POS/Register was inactive and not a single employee present understood how to operate the system. No member of management was on the premises. Took me twenty minutes of ordering, reordering, and ordering again, then being told my food was ready, then they said the fries weren’t finished, and reordering before I walked out. Will not be back.nnThe managers of this store need to be fired.
