Ordered pizza online. Said it was ready for 10 mins by the time I got there. It was 9:10pm. I pressed I'm here. It said turn on blinkers and it will be brought shortly. Cool. 4 employees look at my car and do nothing. Just stare. So, I call. Guess what? No curbside pickup past 9 PM.nNO WHERE ON THE APP DOES IT SAY NO CURBSIDE PICK UP AFTER 9 PM. so I waited for almost 15 minutes after that and got cold pizza.
Last year I gave this place for stars. A couple days ago my brother and I were waiting for the pizza man as my mother was at the store he said he couldn't find the place even though we were outside and the store called us and he told us to meet him at the fence and he drove off anyways. We got in big trouble by our mother for not being able to accept a pizza but it wasn't our fault.
I order food at work because my busy schedule does not allow me to leave and I always try to come through for my customers. Typically, it's a last minute decision like today and I'm ordering after 2pm. Tracked the order and all seemed well; order showed out for delivery, then someone called the main phone lines and said they won't be able to deliver due to traffic. That's great however I work in front of highway 59 and saw the traffic. It was absolutely moving at the time and enough to get the pizza to our door. I'm sorry, you left me hanging and on top of it have yet to refund my card. Don't try to offer me anything because I will not be back. Lesson learned, don't try to gain a customer after you have lost one. I'm not avoiding all dominos but I know this one has some issues. Your recent reviews seem to be consistent at least.

It's sometimes a hit and miss. Either you would get a really great and accurate order or the other way around
