Great spot with an awesome patio, really good food and a good environment. I will def be back to this spot again in the future. Christina was awesome as well, very efficient and friendly server! She rocks!
Poor management skills (kris telle) shift manager ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83eudd32ud83eudd32ud83dudca9ud83dudca9ud83dudca9ud83dudca9ud83dudca9ud83dudca9ud83dudca9nI asked if she could replace a piece of white meat chicken for me cause something was wrong with it she told me no. So I called corporate on her right in front of her face
Excellent and quick service
Food is ok, but the Cashier. I stood there for some minutes, she pretended not to notice me, she went on packing more french fries and then I waited for her to call me for my order which she never did, I had to go and ask her for it. And guess what? It wasn't what I ordered..Worse customer service ever.
Deserves no stars. Whoever the owner is they need to get their stuff together. They had no ketchup, no ice at all, no coke, no mashed potatoes! Oh but the prices continue to go up even though the quality of the food is descending. Some of the employees are just bad. Not all though. I witnessed “Owen” doing like three different peoples jobs at the same time. That seems stressful. This restaurant needs a complete overhaul. It gets tons of business so it needs to keep up!
