Mercedes is the worst.. employees don't know how to be respectful.. they never answer the phone.. the manager rude and doesn't care. Ignores the customers.. pizzas are old.. where are the general managers? Where is the owner? This place needs a training or new employees and manager!! Horrible
Very good, nice job
Very disappointing visit at the Mercedes location! It closes at 10 pm and they were very reluctant to make any pizzas at 9:14 ! She literally gave me the run around until she finally said okay it’ll be 20 minutes. I waited outside for 15 minutes and she very rudely came and gave me my Pizza’s. It’s like they wanted to get rid of people to close early.
