Rich Hall is always so personal, helpful, and informative. I recently moved South of the City and still made an appointment at the Station Landing location to have my taxes done with Rich. He is a valuable asset and H&R Block is lucky to have him.

My return was not submitted for almost two weeks. I called repeatedly to figure out what was going on but kept getting bounced around by different agents who all promised to call me back and then never did. For over 200$ i REALLY expected better customer service.

I have been going to H&R Block for years you have all my records. I own a few properties creating a complicated (for me) return. You have a guarantee policy to accompany me if the IRS should audit. I have been consistently impressed with the speed and quality of the accountants.
