Their pizza has always been great. I ordered today, sorry to say but I believe its the last time. I guess they're too busy, they don't need repeat customers, I think in this time of the pandemic, where good service can make or break you.
I always order pizza from here and they never disappoint me. Pizza is always on time.
Issues with my order and store refused to help. Wings barley had sauce drizzled on them and never had them look this way. They were also cold. This place has no regard with resolving issues with orders. Manager or whoever I spoke with was rude and wouldn't resolve my issue in any way.
Slow service, order wasn't correct. No acknowledgement of anything that went wrong. By the time I got the pizza home, I had to re warm it up.
It was absolutely ridiculous,, order took 2 and a half hrs. I understand they were backed up but shouldn't take anymore orders. Or at least answer the phones to say how long orders would take. So many other customers also waited that long. Terrible
