Ordered 2 meat lovers no ham no pork sausage extra beef and Italian sausage with extra sauce on both! They fixed them with extra Light sauce! I called back and she said oh well we can't do anything until I bring them back but I live 30 minutes away ud83eudd2c
Very rude employees. I’ve ordered 2 times from this restaurant and each time they were rude. The first time they told me that they called me but I never got a call from them and they canceled my order. The second time they called me saying they don’t deliver to my address after 5:00pm?! They were very rude about it both times. We had to go pick up our order instead. There is a reason we paid for delivery. Not to have to go up there ourselves. Also, when we got our food they gave us watery marinara sauce and no napkins or spoons for the pasta.
The food was great. The 3 stars are because you cannot order at the window you have to order beforehand but it doesn't state that anywhere else other than the window at the drive thru. Then when I ordered online there was no tracking or mention of how I would be told my pizza was ready. I waited 20 minutes then went to window and pizza was ready. In the instructions it says drive up to window when your pizza is ready.
Staff was rude ash.
Got the wrong pizza and wasn't even offered napkins. When I returned the wrong pizza, the guy didn't even apologize and just handed us the right pizza. Bad experience and won't choose them over their competitors again.
