refused to honor coupon... online ordering broken.... bad phone connection.... this store should just close. It's a corporate store that won't honor corporate promotions. God forbid you have it delivered, it will be colder then Red Baron in the frozen section. It's been a bad store for years.
Horrible customer service. Ordered my order 20 minutes prior to arriving to pick up my order to give them time to finish my order and they still make you wait while the cashier is on the phone laughing and giggling and my order being ready this whole time. Once I receive my order the girl drops my bread bites and says oh they're fine. Horrible.

Usually takes forever to get my pizza that's been sitting under the heat lamp. I dont really blame the employees though. You have two, maybe three people handling a ton of orders? I think it's just understaffed. Maybe it's time for a new hiring manager. Thats not really fair to your hourly employees who seem to be working very hard but have to juggle a lot.
Man the manager here cancelled my order without me knowing then when i called she just kept talking crazy to me would not let me talk bertha is horrible she needs to be fired before she gets delt with straight up no reason i should be waiting a hr for my food then get spoke to the way i did.nnHorrible service.
