I love my service at China Stix! I was looking for a Chinese restaurant that served descent food and this one is it. I got the vegetable fried rice, dumplings, and egg rolls. It was all pretty tasty. The only thing I wish was that the egg rolls were bigger. But all and all a nice Chinese restaurant when you get that craving! Oh and the customer service was excellent!
Love the food. The customer service is horrible. China Stix had it all at one point recently the customer service is horrible. It's like they are doing you a favor to place an order. Where it should be the other way around. They should be happy to take your order.nYears ago the customer service was great. Not sure what happened. Sad.
Don’t order here I ordered online paid and gave my contact info and they wait til I get here to say they cancelled my order because they ran out of chicken and it will take 2 days to refund me.They also didn’t give me a refund receipt. They didn’t send a message email or call to tell me the order was cancelled they just let me show up expecting my order and I do not see a refund to my card. Don’t ask for contact info if your not going to contact me and say my order was cancelled. The cashier also has horrible customer service All he said was we cancelled your order be cause we have no chicken. No sorry can we make you something else for the same price nothing I literally wasted my time and money just to get no food and horrible customer service I wish I could give Zero stars.
