I highly recommend the service of Joel Norris. He and his staff are very experienced, knowledgeable, and competent in all aspects of Estate Law. They helped us handle a very complicated probate and estate administration. When we walked in their office we were greatly distressed with all the problems facing us as executors of an estate...when we left the office, we were completely burden free! All our problems were solved and all the paperwork was expedited in a very friendly, and efficient manner the same day. Just when we thought we would drown in probate and paperwork, Joel and his staff rescued us! Norris & Golubovic will exceed your expectations and are the best priced in town. If you are shopping for an estate attorney don't go anywhere else.

Wow, Joel Norris and Staff went to work on My Mother Probate and Estate as I was not even there for 20 minutes. Court was already contacted about the Existing Case which was never completed by the first attorney that was Paid in Full upfront.I Would Highly Recommended this Team for Any Probate or Estate needs. Very Well Known by the Probate Court.

I *really* like the people in this office personally, so it grieves me to write this review. I received what I now consider to be Very Bad Advice, not something you expect from your attorney. In my lack of knowledge, I probated wills as Muniment of Title, because Joel assured it would provide what I need, and because they charged about $1000 more for probate with executorship (though god only knows why). At every turn, however, not having Letters of Testamentary has been a major PIA; I have to submit the whole certified will and expect recipients to parse it - if they even will - delaying the process. My advice is DO NOT probate as Muniment of Title, period; and unless they change their fee structure, you can find it less expensive elsewhere.nnUpdate: The attorney called immediately and offered to make it right. I respect that. I will edit the review as my situation improves.
