Ok I understand contactless delivery but no driver ever wears a mask or actually follow contactless delivery. Not once since this COVID-19 started. But I dont have a problem with that. What I have a problem with is my food being left on a tote in my driveway without telling me you have arrived or contacting me to tell me my food is here. Didnt knock or anything. Attempted to contact store but as usual you cannot get in touch with the local store.
Very good people work here and they have the most amazing cheesy bread. Be sure to double check your online orders though. They won't fix YOUR mistakes in the store you have to call the number on the website. Luckily they're nice about explaining it. Such a shame people give them a hard time because they don't understand individuals stores do not control the app but the app is a POS and I understand the frustration.
I usually love the pizza but yesterday was not a good experience. They made the pizza wrong. They left off premium ingredients on all of it. We called and they sent a replacement pizza. That pizza was not done correctly either. They got the toppings wrong again. They added the missing toppings to only one side of the pizza. This was aggravating due to being in quarantine from Covid. We were really looking forward to our favorite pizza.nI love their pizza just a little frustrated with them getting it wrong twice in one night. This is not the first time this has happened . So disappointed in my favorite pizza team.nnUpdate: I was contacted by highernmanagement about my review. They did offer a free pizza and side the next time I ordered.
