I have had some decent customer service with this dominos, but I’m not very happy with their delivery service. My go to pizza here is usually a cheese pizza with extra Alfredo sauce, and there have been NUMEROUS times delivery was incredibly slow, with the pizza practically almost cardboard and cold by the time they have arrived. I don’t like going out for pick up because I have things to do and would rather just get my food at the door. Not only that, but sometimes when I was for extra Alfredo, it’s either just put on as normal or way too much is added, resulting in a giant mess of cheese and sauce on the crust and on the edge of the box. I’ll likely still be ordering deserts and side dishes like the cheese bread for delivery, but I will no longer be ordering pizza if I have to pay for continued messed up orders.
Sad to say but this trip to Domino's was not good. We chose the new bring to your car as in commercial. Did exactly what was asked. Hit button signaling we were there. Put hazards on as told. Waited 15 minutes, nothing. Had to go in to get it. So glad we chose the option to bring to our car. So worth it. I think the frisbee to car would have been better. Maybe next time, if we go. Well just looked at food and one pizza did not have any hot sauce which was one of topping we put on it order. Everything was cold too since it took so long to get. I would say place is poorly managed. This was not first time the have messed up.
Had ordered two pizzas from Dominos and which one was incorrect call the location and it was easily corrected with a very fast delivery. As a manager of a business I give this great customer service and would recommend this dominoes location to anyone in the area!
Had to wait on the phone for 15 minutes and then got told to hold on for another 5 minutes. It never takes that long to answer the phone. So not happy
