The store is always nice but they were out of a lot of sale items. They do not have rain checks. There were 4 items that I could not get that really wanted.
Great service. So clean and friendly
My husband and I went to the deli to get a hot meal. A man named Matt helped us with our food. He was kind, fast, and courteous. He took special care to make sure that my sweet warm roll did not get mixed with my delicious cherry cobbler. He deserves a bonus. This store is the cleanest store I have been to. Thank you Brookshire's for working so hard.
The office at Brookshires has been cashing my husband’s checks for months now. Today they refused and my husband asked the man why. He come out of the office to scream that he was the top dog there and they’ve never cashed his checks before, without even checking. We’ve never been treated like this and I would think whoever the “top dog” is would be a little more professional.
I was so happy to see an employee cleaning buggies as I entered!nI have never been disappointed in the selection at this store; wine, cheeses, meats, veggies and fruits, all good. The employees are friendly and who doesn't like earning $$ off their gas?
