It seems like the dining room and walk in area at this location is never open, only the drive thru but other Dickeys locations are open all the way and the hours are shortened.nI went through the drive thru tonight and there was no one in line behind me so it wasn’t busy. I ordered and when I got home which is a little drive from there my order was missing items.nI tried to call but can only get a recording. This is not the first time this has happened and is really making me not want to go to this location which is sad. You would figure that a Dickeys in a small town would have better service and not have to check your order before driving off.I really am becoming very disappointed in this Dickeys location.
Drive through only, and no speaker, so you have to wait on line just to order, then sit at the window and wait for your food.
The service here is rude and uninviting, which is such a bummer because I really do like the food. Yes it is a big deal to forget half of someone's order. Money doesn't come from nothing.
Changed menu ! Every order is wrong . THEY wont give utensils unless you ask 5 times .THEY dont know the menu or what is suppose to be on each dish .PRICES are higher hear then anywhere else .an baked potatoes are never available if they are they are not done . Owner was notified multi times NEVER DOES anything to make right their errors .nTried give Yall second chancenbrisket chili .10 $ Its gross .Meat pate . No sauce no cheese no onions No Chips And Not one bean .nGirl was sweet nice but 10 for pile mess .
The bread for their BBQ sandwich is too thick.
