Rude rude rude! Delivery driver called me screaming in Spanish saying he couldn’t find the apartment. I order pizza for my nephews all the time. I politely was trying to guide him and he said to shut up. I asked for his name and refused to give it to me and hung up the phone. Worse experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. My nephews were so exited to have pizza. I am very upset at the horrible experience I just encountered. NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER. Pretty incompetent. Delivery drivers number is (832) 576-3471

First visit since Covid changed everything. Pizza quality just isn't there. Undercooked, damp crust. Pizza Hut really isn't near the top of any quality pies and you should choose carefully. Sorry to say.

I understand delivery takes time but when you get a message that your pizza in route for delivery you don't think it's going to take 35 minutes to arrive! I live 5 minutes from the location and no people I was not being lazy my car is in the shop otherwise I would of picked it up! The driver pulls up puts the pizza bag over shoulder and walks to my door! I get my pizza and wings and everything is COLD! Guess the extra 35 minutes it took him to get to my house was cool down the pizza ud83eudd2c

Always have problems with delivery people. They always have a nasty attitude and rude when you talk to them on the phone. Pizza hut needs to hire people that know how to do a delivery I don't think that's rocket science.

Ordered a large 3 topping pizza. There were hardly any pepperoni or Italian sausage on my pizza. Two pepperoni's on each slice are you kidding me?! I paid $26 for this pizza, I was beyond livid! They didn't give me any sauce. Ridiculous! One thing I have noticed about this area on the SW side is that most of the places to eat at SUCK! ud83dude16
