I went to this location about 1 hour ago. I ordered 2 sandwiches to go. While I was finishing paying for my order, I noticed the guy cutting the meats started to cough into the meat. The guy was wearing a mask and gloves, but never the less he was coughing straight into the meat. The third time, he covered his mouth using the same hand he has holding the meat and after coughing continued to cut the meats. At no point did he stop to change his gloves or get rid of the meat he had just cut. I immediately left to my car and told my wife what just happen and she said to ask for my money back and leave. I went back to the store and ask for my money, but the lady in the counter said she had just finished my ordered. I just told her to keep it. I really don't care about the money, but independent of COVID, that was just not gross.nnAs an edit, I just wanted to add that I just got off the phone with the store manger. She was the lady that took my order. At the time I did not know she was the manager. I explained to her the reason I left the store. She was very apologetic and she informed me that she actually voided the order. Perhaps the guy had a day off or something. I don't want to create problems for nobody, but given our current situation this is something that needs immediate attention IMO. I hope management can rectify this situation.

I had an outstanding experience with one of the employees that work there name Emmitt. I was having trouble with my app, and he was nice enough to help. Thanks for taking the time to help. He represents your company well. Blessings

Order sandwiches for lunch at work 2 hours in advance and received them 40 minutes late of suggested time. Attempted to call location for 30 min without answer. After sandwiches were received I had already order more food because my lunch hour was almost up. Asked manager Emmit for refund and he hangs up in my face stating not there policy. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, won't be back to any jimmy johns again
