My parents had an electrical shortage causing them to loose power in a bedroom and bathroom. We called around but no one could come sooner than a month out. I called Gagnon’s on a long shot to see if he would even service the area. I explained the situation and he came out THAT afternoon! He fixed the issues and made sure there wasn’t anything else before he left. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I can’t thank him enough!
Bill showed up when he said he would for both the estimate and later doing the job. Bill and his son worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done before a deadline. I could not be more pleased.
Bill is the absolute BEST! Called him on an afternoon and he was out here the next morning which, these days, is amazing in itself. Had a GFI panel breaker issue which he checked out thoroughly, looking at other lines around the house to ensure it was just the single line. Solved the problem and we were all set in under an hour. Do not hesitate to call Gagnon.
I had an emergency situation where the lights in my office suddenly went out. I had an extremely important zoom meeting set up 3 hours later which obviously required the room to be lit.nnGagnon shifted their schedule to accommodate me and was there within 90 minutes. Had it all fixed within 30.nnThey were quick, courteous, and professional. For these reasons I will always now recommend them when asked.
Terrific father-son team who are both respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. Very highly skilled electricians offering full service, quick response and scheduling. They did an excellent job for us with a project we weren't sure could be done. Highly recommended.
