Don't shop if you are caucasiannand will get grief at check out.

Prices not the best but it's in a convenient spot close to my job. I get what I need then go home. Only down side is hey don't have a wide variety of pet food , most groceries have a decent variety

I’ve had food from other El Rio grande’s in the DFW area and I’ve never had a problem. I’ve always enjoyed my time with them other than some rude employees. But today I actually bought some tamales in the produce area that should’ve already been cooked that you could just heat up in the microwave. First of all, there is no instructions or ingredients label on the box. Second of all, I heated up the tamale in the microwave for one minute and it came out much. I don’t even think that they cook these tamales. They also had a bad taste. I live in Addison area so I didn’t feel like driving all the way there just to get my money back. So I decided to call the store to ask them if I need to cook these and how. I also wanted to let them know about the situation so that they can go and check on the other tamales. The person I was on the phone start arguing with me and telling me that I cook them too long. I kept telling him that I didn’t cook them too long I cook them for one minute. He continued to argue with me and undermined me. I told him that he should check the other tamales just make sure that the others are OK or there’s gonna be other people who have the same situation as me. Everything I said he argued with me about. I stay calm and professional and then I eventually got a little bit irritated. Finally I just told him I called the corporate office and I hung up.

Do not come here totilla chips had mold,also the kids cupcakes.one day i whent here and the bread on a plastic container had a living fly then today september 3 2020 i whent and the cupcakes on the table luterally all of them had mold.About a couple of months ago i saw roaches on where you get the bread from just dont come here there is literally a kroger almost across the streeplt thats your best choice.
